Our team

Lucie Pilipová Gaffi

Her personal experience with the international property market goes back to the late 1990’s, when she took part in the establishment of Mediterránea R.E.I. S.L., Madrid, a Spanish company specialising in property investments in Spain and the larger Mediterranean. Capitalising on their personal experience with investing in and owning seaside properties, the company’s owners decided to share their expertise with Czech clients and founded a Prague subsidiary in 2002. Gradually, they added more and more attractive locations and invested in some of them themselves. Lucie Pilipová has had nearly 20 years of experience with buying and selling properties abroad and with investment consulting.

Graduated lawyer who started her carrier at the international OSCE organization, then she worked for the non-profit organization Bohemiae Foundation. Together with Lucie Pilipová she founded and successfully managed the event agency Via Perfecta for 15 years. After maternity leave, she focuses mainly on design and architecture, which has led her to selling real estate and home staging. She and Lucie Pilipová are connected not only by her professional career, but also by her long-term friendship.

Johana Růžičková

Zuzana Štěrbová

At Mediterranea, she works as a Senior Property Consultant. She has worked in the banking sector, and since the mid-1990s she is involved in tourism-related activities especially in Croatia. In 2019, she received an award from the Croatian Tourist Board for 25 years of cooperation in tourism. She has work and personal experience as well as practice with real estate rentals. This brought her to the area of real estate sales in Croatia.
She has been working at Mediterranea since 2018, now at the position of Junior Property Consultant. Within the company, she participates in the creation of digital marketing strategies and accompanies clients on trips abroad. She graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Lucerne, where she studied digital marketing.

Tereza Pilipová

Tereza Jelínková

At Mediterranea, she works as a web coordinator and is in charge of corporate communication with clients. She worked as a journalist of the regional daily journal Novojičínsko and worked as an animator for the travel agency Blue Style. She also translates and edits texts on websites. Se is studying at the Faculty of International Relations at University of Greenwich in London.
She worked for nearly 20 years in Prague as Event and Project Manager at Via Perfecta, as Managing Director in fine dining catering Millennium. She gained further work experience as Business Development Manager at Zátiší and Senior Manager at Lobkowicz Events. For five years she has lived in central France in the chateau region of the Loire, where he learns the French savoir-vivre. He has long been involved in real estate abroad, interior design, history, art and life style bon chic, bon genre.

Jarmila El Haddad

Tina Jamrichová

She is currently the Country Marketing and PR manager of HB Reavis, a Slovak developer operating in 6 European markets. He is responsible for marketing, PR, CSR, online and digital communications for the Slovak market. In the past, she has worked in corporate and agency communications for O2, Unicredit Bank and Wiktor Leo Burnett. She started her career under the guidance of Lucie Pilipová and Johana Růžičková in Prague and later at Via Perfecta in Bratislava. She studied political science and international relations at Charles University in Prague. Apart from Bratislava and Prague, her temporary home was also the United States and France.
