Lucie Pilipová Gaffi
Her personal experience with the international property market goes back to the late 1990’s, when she took part in the establishment of Mediterránea R.E.I. S.L., Madrid, a Spanish company specialising in property investments in Spain and the larger Mediterranean. Capitalising on their personal experience with investing in and owning seaside properties, the company’s owners decided to share their expertise with Czech clients and founded a Prague subsidiary in 2002. Gradually, they added more and more attractive locations and invested in some of them themselves. Lucie Pilipová has had nearly 20 years of experience with buying and selling properties abroad and with investment consulting.

Graduated lawyer who started her carrier at the international OSCE organization, then she worked for the non-profit organization Bohemiae Foundation. Together with Lucie Pilipová she founded and successfully managed the event agency Via Perfecta for 15 years. After maternity leave, she focuses mainly on design and architecture, which has led her to selling real estate and home staging. She and Lucie Pilipová are connected not only by her professional career, but also by her long-term friendship.

She has worked in the international property business since 2003, when she joined Mediterránea Real Estate Investments s.r.o. and served as the company’s director for international real estate. In the beginning she specialized in selling properties on the Spanish coast. Between 2004 and 2010, she was responsible for market research and opening of new real estate markets in Croatia, Florida and Greece. She returned to foreign real estate and Mediterranea R.E.I. in 2014. Since 2015 she operates the foreign real estate portal www.domovumore.cz. She is a successful graduate of accredited studies with nationwide validity Certified Real Estate Broker II. degree organized by Association of Real Estate Agencies of the Czech Republic.

After graduating in economics and several internships abroad, she worked in Czech PR company, specializing in CSR. While on maternity leave, she started her own real estate business . She founded company Seven Keys, which provides short term rental services on Airbnb, and currently manages over 60 apartments in the center of Prague. She runs the business from Valencia, Spain, where she lives with her family since 2014.

Jarmila El Haddad
She worked for nearly 20 years in Prague as Event and Project Manager at Via Perfecta, as Managing Director in fine dining catering Millennium. She gained further work experience as Business Development Manager at Zátiší and Senior Manager at Lobkowicz Events. For five years she has lived in central France in the chateau region of the Loire, where he learns the French savoir-vivre. He has long been involved in real estate abroad, interior design, history, art and life style bon chic, bon genre.

Currently Country Marketing and PR manager of the Slovak developer HB Reavis, which operates in 6 European markets. She covers marketing, PR, CSR, online and digital communication for the Slovak market. In the past she worked for corporate and agency communication, she worked for O2, Unicredit Bank and Wiktor Leo Burnett. She started her career under the leadership of Lucie Pilipová and Johana Růžičková in Prague and later in Bratislava Via Perfecta. She studied political science
and international relations at Charles University in Prague. In addition to Bratislava and Prague, the United States and France were also temporarily her home.
