Her personal experience with international real estate dates back to the late 1990s. She was involved from the very beginning in the establishment of Mediterránea R.E.I. S.L., Madrid, a Spanish company focused on real estate investments in Spain and the Mediterranean region. Based on their personal experience with investing in and owning seaside properties, the company’s owners decided to offer these services to Czech clients and, in 2002, founded a subsidiary consultancy in Prague. Gradually, they offered clients additional locations, some of which they also personally invested in. Lucie Pilipová has been involved in buying and selling properties abroad, as well as in investment consulting, for nearly 20 years.
